It says that my parcel has been sent to the "destination country" (Lithuania) at the 8th of April. Yet, after almost a month, I still haven't received my package. Tracking number: EV924297035CN. Could you update me on where the package is currently located at?

It has left China and is in transit to Lithuania now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
