I don't quite understand the tracking history of these 2 tracking numbers. Am I correct that these were already returned to the seller's depot?

The delivery of these packages were failed. So, they were borth returned back to the seller. You'd better contact the seller to confirm if they have received them and give you a solution about this as soon as possible.

At least 15 orders (all clothes) are stuck in Guangzhou, for example RP646437108CN. Is there a problem in there? Will my package arrive or is it lost/returned? There’s nothing inside and the senders are reliable sellers, so what could cause all packages sent by different sellers to have the same problem? My package is at post office near me. Address is one number off. It shows 210 but it's 2310, wasn't my error using auto filled. I've talked to post office of my situation ND only solution is I need USPS tracking number. Can't contact seller because no response from my email. No phone number. Using senders tracking app. It's here near me at my post office still processing it says. All I have is senders tracking number KTZ940431313CN and my order number.as per USPS,insisted they need USPS tracking number in orders to have it delivered to me.
