My parcel has missed its arrival date 3 times already and it has not moved since “arriving at sorting centre Shanghai”.

Hi Pensil,

Most of the packages are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to Australia which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.
