What happened to package AS133544011CN?

This package shows that it left China on 11/10; arrived on US in 11/24; package Zai JingNei transport Zhong on 11/25; ChuMen TouDi on 11/27; and delivered on 11/28. What does this mean? It was to be delivered to 1540 Dripping Springs Rd Monterey, TN 38574 but obviously has not made it here

Tracking # AG186646159CN for 3 non-bending raised garden beds were ordered on March 29, 2013. China Post and EMS both indicate it has been delivered to United States on April 27, 2023, but doesn’t say exactly where it was delivered. It hasn’t been delivered to me. I need to know where and when it will get to me! I’m ready claim this as a fraud case with my credit card company! Please give me some answers!!!!

I am waiting for an order that says you delivered it to addressee in Canton. Well I'm the addressee and I can guarantee you that I didn't receive it. Tracking says it's been delivered to my house but I have not received both my items regarding AM077563351CN says it was delivered on the 20th Oct and item XXWOT0000144360YQ says it was delivered on 29th0ct both were really good electric scooters with LEDs lights one went up to 80speed and the one with long number went up speed 100, I really want my items and I want to know WHO they were giving to because it sure has h wasn't me.
