What has happened to my Parcel?

Despite issuing EDI, my parcel bearing tracking # RV216270187CN has been thrice returned with remarks 'Beijing Jiao Huan Zhan Returned'. As per latest tracking information updated on 05-11-2019, the parcel is in transit with remarks 'Airline in Transit to Next Facility'. Is it hopped that this time my parcel has cleared security checks? because the concerned seller whenever is contacted keeps saying that parcel is en-route to my country.

I am waiting for my parcel tracking number is LZ373114687CN and it’s shows that it is being returned after 37 days in transit but the seller’s response is that you will receive it soon it’s in transit

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Dec.31 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Norway after it was handed over to the carrier transport.
