It's a tracking number of PTT. There is no update for it. I think you are scammed. The price is so cheap. It's impossible for a foldable laptop. You'd better contact the sender first. If they doesn't reply you, it must be a scam.

3 bulky items become "THE LETTER, THE INVESTMENT IS INVITED"
