I ordered on 27 November.
Website says that orders placed in the UK will be shipped from London and take 6 - 10 days. However, if you pay for Express shipping, you will receive the order in 3 - 6 days.
I paid for express shipping.
When I got notification that the order was despatched, it stated that the order was coming from China.
I followed the parcel, using the tracker.
After a few days, the tracker showed that the parcel was out for delivery at 2130 on 5 December.
When I checked the tracker on 7 December, it said the parcel was delivered at 2304 on 6 December.
I have not left the house all week, and my security cameras have not recorded anyone coming to the house. Nor have any of my neighbours received my parcel.
Where is my parcel?

I sent this order to china on March 20th and the deadline was 40 working days and the deadline was expired on May 14 I found it strange that it stood still from April 7 to 25 May in the same place now that the shipping status has updated I'm afraid my order is coming back to me and not going where I sent it (track code: RR029039569BR)

Just heard my package shipped but no expected arrival date. I ordered it 2 weeks ago. Is it coming from China? I don’t want a special ap to track it. Just advise if coming before Christmas. If not I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Please advise this procedure. Thank you. B. Anderson
