I place an order in the beginning of January and my package has not moved since January 20th. I’m just wondering when I can expect to receive it? The tracking number is LW427115039CN.

I posted one parcel from UK to China on 22nd Feb 2020. The parcel tracking info have not been updated since 27th Feb 2020. Can you help to check what is going on. How long it will be delivered? Normally it takes 5 -7 days for the delivery. The tracking number is: RN424403521GB Thanks!
