Hi Abi,

LX136222673CN will be delivered to you recently by Canada Post; LZ083590064CN is in Vancouver and is still under the customs clearance now; LP00173607561978 arrived in Canada but still not delivered. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.
The first four packages are already in Germany, were stated as being delivered, but did not arrive. Later it appears as delivered, but at midnight and to the delivery base, but NOT to my address! I would like to receive these packages myself!
Can you please tell me why I haven't received the packages and where they are currently?
Will DPD deliver in Germany? ... as the seller told me.
Could you please arrange for all the packages to be delivered to me! After delivery, the seller can take back his refund.
