Where could my third package be?

I shipped 3 packages on the same day from the same seller and they were all scanned at the exact same time on 1/09/2022, but only 2 of them have arrived to my house. Third tracking still saying in China. Seller says they were all on same plane to Australia. Do you know where my package is? I have asked Australian Post and they say still in China. Tracking number: EB771773617CN
