Where do I get my parcel after I missed on the first day it should’ve arrived?

Hi
Im from Hong Kong. After I missed my first delivery, where or how do I check for update after? And where and how do I contact? It’s very difficult as there’s no phone call before delivery. And I couldn’t find any customer service representative responding to my emails. Please help. Thanks.
