Where is my package?

I have a package that is still showing in China. It has been there since November 13, 2017. Tracking number is LS133269827CN.
Why has this not been sent on? I ordered this back in mid October in order to get it before Christmas and now that is not going to happen. I am not happy about this.

Hi Misty Edwards,

It was sent by using e-packet on Nov. 10. It should arrive before Christmas. But there is no update since Nov. 13. You'd better contact the seller to let him contact China Post to ask what happened to it.
