Where is my package

We ordered a package through you on April 4th, 2021 and we still have not received it. It is tracking number UU025212108CN, order number [Order #H45YR304] (April 4, 2021). When I follow the tracking it stops on 5/13/2021. How do I find my shipment now?

Hi hkain,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives at the US secondary processing center. So, you can't get more update after May 13. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. As it has been over ten months, it must be lost. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
