where is my package

I have already sent a question that has yet to be answered and its been 3 days since I sent it. I would like to know where my package is? I've tracked it and it says its been delivered. That is a bunch crap because I have not received any package. I am under the impression that this is a scam which your company is partnered with. So if you don't want me to go to the government of united states you should tell me where my package is? Thank you

Hi David Lorenzana,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
