Where is my package

My package says delivered but I never received my package I have no way of contacting China Post I tracked my package tracking number and it says delivered but not the package that I ordered so apparently I'm assuming they got the tracking numbers mixed up

The Carrier is yanwen and since the item is now unavailable in amozon there is no way of contacting the seller I just rather my package than a refund so if you can find out whyyy my package was never delivered where it is I will gladly appreciate it like I said I believe there is a package mix up on China post behalf I looked at the tracking history it's not even my package that's updated as delivered wasn't my order it was someone's else's please investigate or give me a better solution

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
