Where is my package

Hello,

I am requesting help. I paid for items back in December and it appears as if my package is still in China. It is fully insured. The tracking number is EA125712883CN

It has been a long time since the last tracking information: 2015-12-09 08:08 Hand over to US custom

There are two possiblilities: 1. Your package has been lost. 2. The forwarder didn't upload the tracking information later.

I think if the receiver hasn't got it, it must have been lost.
