Where is my package? It has been well over 18 working days; it is more like 32 days. This doesn't make any sense. Why are you still holding onto this parcel? China will lose a lot of business because of situations such as this one. If this was in United States, I would have received this package by now. Please furnish information.

I called the 1-800-222-1811 and the latest that they have is that this package is still hung up in Guangzhou China: 2019-04-07 12:53
CHINA, GUANGZHOU, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in GUANGZHOU, CHINA on April 7, 2019 at 12:53 pm
WHERE IS THIS PACKAGE? As of today it is now a month.
Please look into and resolve this matter. I will have to stop purchasing these beautiful clothes from China. This item is probably lost. I cannot afford for money to be lost like this.
