It's stuck at The U.S. Secondary Processing Center. To my experience, you can't get it. Better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AM097721065CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on November 7th. But the package hasn't arrived, and we weren't even informed to pick it up. I want to know the whereabouts of this shipment and when it will be delivered.
