Where is my Package?

Package ordered November, 2019. Shipped 4 December, 2019. Arrived in US 4 January, 2020. (Jing Wai) it has not been over 6 weeks with no update. Do I really have a package somewhere or have I been scammed?

The seller ignore my requests, answering that everything has arrived. But goods were sent to Belarus in December 10th and still have not arrived yet.

It's still in transit to Belarus now. You'd better open a dispute or contact the seller to get a solution if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.

You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible. They should refund you or send one again to you if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
