Hi Qin Lin,
It has been in China since Oct. 25, China Post has tried to deliver it to you for 30 times. I think there is something wrong with your contact number which make then couldn't get connected to you successfully. You'd better call China Post 11185 (then 8 for English service) to ask what's wrong with it.
