Where is my package?

Hi, Last 25 of November I friend sent me a pair of Sunglasses from the US, they left Los Angeles de 25th, and since then no update in the tracking system. I was wondering if they were lost, or tracking system stops when they arrive to China or maybe the package is on customs, and if so, how to get to it, cause the my phone wasn't written in the address so not sure how can they contact me.
