Where is my package

on April 30, 2020 I placed an order that was being shipped from China to the united states. This order shipped on May 11, 2020 via your company. The shipment arrived in San Francisco California on May 28, 2020 and hasn't moved. My tracking number is as follows uj359532603cn. Please Locate my package and advise me when this package will arrive.

Hi James De Weese,

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since May 28. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within 10 days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. This may be caused due to the address problem. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
