Your tracking info was not found, possible reasons:
1: The carrier hasn't accepted your package yet.
2: The carrier hasn't scanned and entered your package tracking information into their system yet.
3: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.

When was it sent out? If it was just sent out, wait one or two days to track again. If it has sent for many days, the number may be a fake one. You'd better ask the right one from the sender.

My parcel shows delivered in my country, just not to me, the person that bought it.
I have asked the seller to give me a copy of the consignment tickets as they may have put the wrong address, if so I can find it in my country.
Our postal service said that they will refund the seller, but they will need to make the claim.
The seller has not done anything about it.

I get this feeling that the seller has mucked up the address, if so New Zealand post can't help.
