Where is my package?

Tracking number : RG310797123CN

Where is my package? Tracking only shows to Jan 6th/2017. It's know March 1st and my package still has yet to arrive. Why is the tracking number not being updated ? I don't even know if it's in Canada or not.

Hi Deehart,

I also find it has left Beijing on Jan 6th/2017 and cannot be tracked on Canada Post. It often takes two months and during the Chinese New year, we have a one-week break. So, you may wait or contact the sender.

I have already waited for 2 months already. January and February it's know almost half way through March and these still haven't arrived. I have contacted the seller too pretty much said that because the tracking information isn't being updated I have to wait or get a refund. I want to know where this is. I don't even know where it is currently something needs to be done to rectify this situation. Please and thank you.

The staff of China Post told me that the system couldn't show the tracking information when the parcel leaves China and on the way to the destination country. When it reaches the destination country, it could show the result. I think it's on the way. So, you can only wait.

Or, you may look for Purchase Protection by opening a dispute to the sender to ask your money back.
