You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in the US. It should be reached in 20 days if there is no delay.

Does that include business days? My seller promised it would be here by 7/31 but I don’t think that’ll happen.

The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed. EMS is not as fast as before.
