It's not stuck. It's already left China and is in transit to the US now. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have further update showing it arrives in the US.

Hello, I’ve ordered a package from Shein and it says “International Warehouse Final Package sterilization and inspection complete, package shipped” and it has said that since November 15th and it’s November 20th.
