Hi! My package is stuck in Guangzhou currently and I am wondering if it will reach SG within the estimated delivery time stated on this website. If not, is there anyway it can be returned to seller to arrange for different form of delivery?

It was handed over to the carrier transport on August 12 and takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Singapore after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
It can't be returned to the seller to arrange for different form of delivery.

A friend helped me sent a parcel today from China post. She told to send by air but after reaching home she realised that The parcel was Sent by surface. How do I change this?
CN595951890CN is not a right tracking number. I don't get any tracking information for it.
