my parcel appears to be stuck in china. the last tracking date was 10th feburary 2021 and it hasnt moved since. please advise what has happened to this as i have been unable to contact the seller of the item.

As it's sent by train, it's slow. Please wait for more days to get update. It's from Russia to the next station now.
