Where is my parcel? It's been about 5 weeks and still haven't received any packages

GZ0000140338YQ this is the tracking number for my package I am waiting on. States was delivered to Las Vegas Nv 04/20/2025. I have tried to reach out to representative but refuse to pay extra for help regardless if refundable. I have 1 telling me it is $1.00 another telling me $5.00, why differant prices? Makes me wonder if tracking is fraud and trying to hack account. All I want to know is where is my package? If was delivered than cameras around my house would have caught drop off. Please help or if can't let me know so can report.

It's shipped by Guangzhou Logistics (光舟物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on April 20. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact Guangzhou Logistics to check it for you.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).
Could you please send a request to these air carriers where is my parcel now?

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
