where is my parcel?

hello dear,
My parcel no is es217406116kr.
I sent dry frozen seafood and some factory packed Manufactured Goods(food). and expecting to arrive at my sister at Shanghai, I heard from my sister, China custom dispose of my whole parcel. as their reason, there is living things in the parcel. as I wrote it was frozen dry seafood. even I do understand custom dispose of frozen dry seafood then why custom disposes of the whole of my parcel. I do not understand this. I received frozen dry seafood from China to Korea without disposal. then why I can't send frozen dry seafood to China. I can not understand. even custom dispose of factory packing Manufactured Goods(food) it was packed. pls, send the rest of the parcel to my sister.

I sent a package from the US on October 9, 2018. The tracking indicates that it arrived on 10/13/18 to the sorting center in Shanghai. It is still there as of 11/23/18. Please advise as to the status of this package and why it has not been delivered. The contents are winter clothing and non perishable foods for a college student. The tracking number is CH051635590US.

Hi Lyon,

The reason for unsuccessful delivery is not clearly shown from tracking information. Most reasons are the recipient couldn't be connected when the postman deliver the package or the address is not correct. You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it.
