Where is my parcel its saying it cant be tracked and no information

My parcel is lost and I've been waiting 2 months for this parcel and theres no information when I put tracking number in to track my order and my order number is AT625667202CN and i either want you to find my parcel or refund me the money i spent on it as I'm going to get some advice from legal experts as this is not on so I want a refund now

We don't find any tracking information for it. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to refund you in time.

I have a parcel delivered from China to the UK. I tracked my parcel and the latest information is Held for customs inspection. The information has not been updated for three weeks. I didn’t hear from the customs either. I wonder what I can do and who I should contact now.
