Where is my parcel/how do I contact the courier delivering it

I am writing to whomever it may concern or can finally resolve this matter not that it’ll be even be looked at nor answer but let’s see shall we. I have got a parcel being sent by your company China Post, the item in question AT118688747CN has been in my town of residence for 5 days now and after checking regularly on the app and website used to track it I found that it hasn’t moved from one location since arriving there at 17.00pm on Monday 13th of November, this item was meant to be delivered on that date as I specifically paid for express delivery.
My question to whomever will read and hopefully reply to this is this- where is my parcel and when will it actually be delivered to me? Are your staff adequately trained or just incompetent and unable to do the task they are paid for? I have read numberous possible hundreds of reviews stating your company is part of a mass scam organisation. I hope though today this issue can once and for all be resolved so I can finally receive my parcel as to be quite frank I have found this all to be highly unprofessional and appalling, if you can contact whomever is meant to be delivering my parcel then I ask to be inform of this as well as the actual date it will be delivered to my address, furthermore I work long hours so if no one is home on delivery then I request for it to be signed for and let with a neighbour either side of my property ( there is no way to inform the delivery driver of this on either the website or tracking app).
Hopefully you shall respond to this question with an actual answer not just some random auto generated response.
