Hello. I ordered a package and I paid for expedited shipping (7-12) business days. But it is currently saying customs export departure ZHENGZHOU. What does this mean ? Tracking number LW788014350CN

So now I’m pissed because someone is lying ! Where is my stuff ? I reached out to Elgin Post office and they said that my stuff hasn’t been shipped. So once again where is my stuff? If my stuff shipped out of China on Oct 31st. It should of been in the US by now. I paid for expedited shipping. So someone needs to be figuring out where is my stuff
