Where is this package?


I returned defective merchandise that I purchased and it's had the same tracking update for over one month now! I cannot receive my refund until I have proof of delivery !!! CV046639789US

Hi Jmartin,

Don't wait. Sometimes, China Post doesn't update tracking information for packages returned. The recipient should have got it. Have you contacted the recipient to ask if he/she has got it or not? Your dialogue may be a proof for you?

I suggest you call USPS to provide you a proof of delivery as you use USPS to send it.
