Hi ,it’s been over 35 days and my parcel still hasn’t left China ?please can you update as to why my parcel is still in China ? My shipping number ev923793550cn

Hi Walesy,

It returned back on April 22 as didn't pass the security check. It's sent again now and is still in transit in China. You need to wait for more days to get it. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contac the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
