My package LO956113820CN, has apparently left the originating country twice, once on the 30th and once on the 13th!! Why is this and what does it mean!

Is there an ideal time when it would reach my country?

I bought an anniversary gift that has been in China since may 11th. I contacted the seller about the security return and they told me it was just delayed because of the pandemic and to be patient.
It’s currently in a sorting centre again and I’m very confused and worried if it will get to me before June 26th.
My question is, will the package leave China in time to make it to Canada by June 26th. I’m feeling quite worried I won’t get my package in time for Canada post to ship it to me.
