Why does my package say delivered but show no carrier/delivery service

My package from China says delivered. But I don't see who the delivery service provider is..I do not have my package. How can I get in contact with the delivery service please

Hi Msdee,

It's usually handed over to your local post courier after it arrives in your country. You can try to contact your local post service to check. But in normal, you'd better contact the seller to check it for you and give you a solution in time.

Hi,
My order AS078717712CN, says delivered but I don't have it.
-Is it delivered by the local postal service or do you have your own delivery service?
-The address is to a business and it says it was delivered on a Sunday but it's not open on Sundays.
-There's also cameras and they don't show a delivery made on that day.
