Why does tracking say waiting for customer to pick up?

I’m tracking a package and it says it’s been delivered to a distributor in a different city. And that it’s waiting for customer to pick it up. Why isn’t this being delivered to my address.

it’s saying waiting for pick up from where i need to pick up not mention

I put in my tracking number and it came up with last message, The shipment has arrived and is waiting for the customer to pick it up. I thought it was suppose to be delivered to me as I payed for delivery and I have been waiting since the 1/5/23, thats over 1 month ago. I don't know where I'm suppose to pick it up from as this is all it says. Please Help? I'm in Australia.
