Why is my parcel still sitting in carrier transport after 5 days there?

To most of the packages, it usually takes about 20-40 to reach after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Why has my package now been sitting in the china carrier transport for almost one month!!? I was guaranteed 2 week delivery. have you lost my package AGAIN?
