why is my package stuck at the destination airport from 11 days? and why do i have an alert when i track it? my tracking is EB729505826CN thank you!

Hi matias,

I don't find any alert for it. It's at the airport of the other country now. It will be transited to Italy in the following days. You'd better wait for more days to see.
