Why is my package stuck at the exchange office?

Dear Sir or Madam!
My package has been sent to China a few months ago, and it also arrived at 2022. august. 10, as the tracking says, it is about to send it to the customer, but I don't why isn't has been delivered. Can you help me in solving this problem?

It hasn't arrived in China. I suggest you contact Magyar Posta to check it for you.

When I check the tracking for my parcel (LZ578653088CN) - It keeps being dispatched from the Office of Exchange in Shenyang, and then being returned the following day.

Could you please check what is happening and why the parcel keeps being returned? If things are progressing, I am happy to wait, but if the parcel is stuck I would like to request a refund from the seller.
