Why is my parcel on hold?

Hi, please assist with why my parcel is on hold - and how I can release it? All contact numbers I have used don't work.
Tracking number: CC005539295ID coming from Bali, Indonesia and going to China Hub to be shipped out to ZAMBIA.

You need to contact Pos Indonesia to check it for you. We could only see it's on hold as you see.
