My parcel is now at "Beijing, delivered to air transport" since 18 days and I haven't got any updates. Tracking Nr.: LX097523780CN

Hi Yannick,

It has left China and is in transit to Switzerland now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
