Why is my shipment still at the post office?

I ordered an item back in July. On August 17, 2020 it sent me the shipping number LY403398429CN and said that it was at the airport. Here we are in September and the tracking has not changed at all. Can someone help me find out whats going on?

It's still stuck in China now. If it couldn't be delivered in 80 days, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

Shipment stuck in China Post from 57 days (1 reply)

I am waiting for my shipment number UT891206896CN to arrive to the destination country; Pakistan. This shipment is stuck with NINGBO POST OFFICE- CHINA from last 57 days and not moving further. I have tried contacting China Post several times over the phone, but unfortunately the only person who could talk in English says that my problem can only be solved by another department where no English speaker is available. I am almost lost with such a huge delay (2 months almost). It is a huge disappointment.
