PACKAGE IS SAID TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED UNDER THIS TRACKING: ZA06171298501 BUT WAS NOT DELIVERED. IF THE DOOR WAS CLOSED AT THE TIME, A SIGN ON THE DOOR DIRECTED THE DELIVERY PERSON TO THE OFFICE NEXT DOOR. THAT OFFICE DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE EITHER. NO NOTIFICATION WAS PROVIDED THE BUYER OF THE DELIVERY, AND THE SELLER CLAIMS THAT THEY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE DUE TO THE INFORMATION THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. WHAT LOCATION WAS THE PACKAGE LEFT? IT WAS NOT 122 S. PATTERSON #A115, AND NO OTHER OFFICE ACKNOWLEDGES THE RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE.

It says my item was delivered, tracking number is ZA03778579701. However, I was at home all of yesterday and all of today, and it is nowhere to be seen. No delivery person knocked on the door, it's not left at my door, and not in my mailbox which allows for parcels to go in.
Please help!

The delivery arrived when I wasn’t home. I work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can leave the delivery after these hours. Today, May 6, I will be home at 4:00 PM, and tomorrow at 2:00 PM.
Please leave the product either before or after my working hours, or at least send me a message when you plan to arrive with the delivery so I can arrange for someone to receive it. But I need to know the delivery time in advance, or please leave it outside my apartment door.
