Why my parcel stopped at Guangzhou for days?

Hi guys, I bought some clothes from Guangzhou and sent it on 20 March, I received the tracking number and checked by using your tool and found it still stopped at Guangzhou 26 Mar. What happened to my parcel? Is there anyone can help me why it stopped?

Hello Mark, to be patient. The international parcel usually takes a long time to go through the customs. Or maybe your parcel has been passed the customs but the system hasn’t updated. You’d better check it later.
