Will I still get my package?

The tracking details say [Guangzhou International Exchange Station] Return' which looking on threads on this I'm given to understand means something may have been found wrong with the package and I just want to know does it mean I'll still get my package and if so how much longer does it take when this happens.
It's only 3 football jersey's so I can't imagine there'd be anything wrong with it but just wanted to be safe.

Hello,
I have a package coming from China Post with tracking AT015954627CN. When I look up the status of the package it shows delivered on October 13th.
