Wish order stuck at Departure Transit Hub since June 19th

I placed an order with Wish on June 5th for two packages, it's been well over two months now and Wish won't offer me a refund because the delivery date keeps changing. (first it said August 5th, now it's saying September 13th) I would really like to know where exactly these two packages ended up, or if they're stuck somewhere. Thanks! -Tessa

Hi,
I placed a Wish order on May 17th. That order had to be delivered by June 2nd. The delivery status bar kept rising, but the order status was still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None" (update from May 27th). I thought that the status bar was right and that the order status ceased to update, but unfortunately it is the other way around. On June 2nd the status bar was suddenly decreased and the last update is still at "Arrive at Departure Transit Hub, None". The arrival date got extended to June 17th. Could you please look what is going on with order LX144102978CN?

I placed an order on June 6th and it has been stuck on, "arrive at departure transit hub" for over a month, since June 18th. Could you possibly look into this for me? I'm concerned that my parcel could be lost in transit.
