Is it possible to find out why RM734576445CN has been sitting in Guangzhou since November 9, 2016 with no further activity, and where my order is located?

Hi Charles Lucier,

Tracking shows your package is still in Zhengzhou City China since Nov. 9. It doesn't move since then. You'd better contact the seller as soon as possible to let him know this and let him to deal this for you. If you couldn't receive the goods in time, better open an dispute to ask your money back.

Today I received a notice via Amazaon, that the shipment LZ281721575CN was successfully deliverd into my Packstation 120 in 32683 Barntrup, but it isn't.
How can that happen, and where are my goods at the moment?
