Hi can you please help me find my order. There has been no activity on the tracking since 28th November and I am wanting to know where I am worried my parcel will not arrive in time for Christmas.

It left Shanghai, China on Nov. 30 and there is no update showing it arrives Italy now. Wait another week and see.

I'm afraid you have few chance to get it before Christmas. This parcel is sent through China Post ordinary packet plus. It's the most slowest service that China Post offers. It usually takes at least two months to arrive. In addition, it's not registered, so China Post doesn't offer tracking service when it leaves China. It has left China since 28th November.
